After preparing her sleeping area for Thursday evening, Nov. 17, 2005, on the back porch of a store on Main St. in Ventura, Calif., Baker unwraps a new package of adult diapers. Baker uses diapers because she is wheelchair bound after a hit and run accident in 1991 that left her without the use of her legs.
